"I’m soooooo disappointed and just shocked by this bank. I sell vehicles for a living googled their bank to get personal loan because my bank isn’t in Florida “just moved here”.. Latrell takes all my info the buyers order runs my credit says it will be a hour or so on a Friday.. mind you this is July 5th… he said he will call never does they close so come Monday I call to have him call me he doesn’t so I go in the bank on Monday… they say oh you should have called he is at another bank… mind you I called … “wow” …. Next 3 days Latrell dodging me and says he will call never does.. says the loans are awaiting decision 2 days later I call get ahold of him he says oh they just want to know “why” you chose us before approval ummm because I googled you and your next to my job and had good reviews… completely irrelevant for a under writer. He says ok.. then he says he will call and update mind you NOTONCE through this process did he.. I call Thursday he still isn’t avail aka dodge me. Speak to Lisa she says your loan is approved for 19,712.40 come pick up the check bring proof of income and insurance.. I come in on Friday on the 12th.. bring that then Luann states oh nooooo you need a lot more info then this … they lost buyers order because Latrell state I need 6k down which never discussed need a invoice for vehicle… I decline call Ryan says he will call district manger get down to this on Friday… says he will call back. Never does I called Monday today on the 15th he is busy who ch bus a joke and here I am.. lots more to this but RUN AWAYgo to pen air or navy fed these guys don’t handle your information and will leave you hanging out to dry super upset next step Better business bureau."

"I Had a poor experience on Saturday with traffic and wait time so I decided to leave a review instead of badgering the tellers who literally had 16 cars in front of me. Today I had a branch manager reach out to me to apologize and ask questions of understanding and addressing the problem with no arguments. She informed me there is another branch open on Saturday! I sincerely appreciated the opportunity to speak to someone who can hear the problem and us find solutions together. I even suggested we find a branch on the west side of town for many of the county has to drive 20+mins to reach those branches that are open Saturday.Thanks for your help and understanding with this matter as I know it's only a result of a growing branch !!"
