"Been with this bank over 20 years! They steal money from people! I have always had my Credit card linked to my checking account! They unlinked it (after I got hacked & had to replace my cards) I noticed it and called & they said they fixed it! 6 months later I see they haven't and have charged me four $36 overdraft fees! They will only refund 2 of the four & are now saying they can't link my C.C to my checking account! I will be closing all my accounts! Can't believe over 20 years!"
"This particular PNC location is not open on Saturdays. I don't understand that. It is difficult for me to take the time during the week (since I'm working) to visit the bank between 9 and 5. As a customer with a business account, these hours make it tempting to find a bank that works WITH my schedule instead of expecting me to put my business on hold because they have restrictive hours."
