"Never super busy and a very friendly staff!"
"I always have a horrible time getting blood drawn and usually end up incredibly dizzy and unable to walk. As I have been told many times, my veins are incredibly small and slippery, no matter how hydrated I am before the draw. This usually results in the lab tech having to poke me multiple times, in both arms, and fish around while they are in there- and, as a result, me becoming dizzy and almost passing out. It is just kind of what I expect when I go to have blood work, and that is what happened here. However, they were all so incredibly kind, allowing me to sit and wait to be able to walk again and offering me all kinds of juice- all the women were absolute sweethearts that I had try to draw my blood. They were so patient and kind to me that the experience was made a little bit less... bad :)"
