"Anyone who has been to NASA center in Houston and Florida would tell you that there is not much to see in JPL. The day we went for the public tour I felt the tour guide was rude! I had a toddler with me. He wasn’t crying or screaming . The guide was standing close to us and told us to take water break. So politely tell get out of the room!!! He had attitude problem. I drove 2 hours one way for this public tour. I had gotten my kid all excited. They show a movie which is outdated! It quite waste of time! Never recommend it to anyone."
"Fascinating tour filled with a ton of information. Seeing an actual satellite being built, that will be launched into space later this year was certainly a highlight. Nicki was a great tour guide."
"I’m a space junkie and it’s so cool to see the history of this place. Really enjoyed the tour with our friend and got to see some stellar stuff. Lots of walking because the campus is huge so make sure you bring good walking shoes. Love the history of this place. Gift shop was cool and had 10% off when we were there."
"Amazing stuff. To see where the incredible talent that brings crafts to deep space and more make it all happen made ne feel like a kid again. Got to see perseverance being built 4 years ago and now Europa clipper satellite due to launch next Oct 2024. Wonderful tour wish I was smart enough to work there haha."
"I’ve had the pleasure to visit JPL a few times over the years. It’s amazing that such engineering feats and scientific discoveries have been made so close to home. As an outsider to engineering and tech, this campus goes out of its way to welcome guests and employees alike with captivating exhibits and thorough, easy to read signage and explanations. The employees are thoughtful and interesting characters to say the least…if you know one, try having them host you for a private tour. I need to come back for one of their regularly hosted outreach talks and other public events. As they say in the space community, Ad Astra!"
