"First off, I'm a veteran and was sent here by the VA because the va could not see me within an acceptable time frame. They only had an appointment 4 months in advance. The staff at Atit is completely incapable. They did not follow up with my Request for Services required paperwork thru the va, so I was disapproved for additional services. This left me without a provider for 6 months I was at the emergency department over 8 times during those months for migraine. I also suffer from diagnosed restless leg syndrome. The first and only time I actually saw the Dr at Atit neurology, he told me that my restless legs syndrome is "not THAT bad. I've seen a lot worse" after I told him it's in both legs, hips, arms, and shoulders. He is a very rude Dr. Jaime, on the other hand, is a saint and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately she's the only one in the office I can say that about. So do yourself a favor, and skip this Dr. I've suffered from migraines since the 1990s. This office is the absolute worst I've been treated. To top it off, after my husband drove me the 30 minutes home, I discovered I had 2 messages from a Private number. It was Atit Neurology to tell me that I missed my 4:30pm appointment that day. The appointment I just left because they told me that they didn't get va authorization. Unbelievable."

"⚠️Warning⚠️ Customer service is bad and can not be trusted. Do not go here, unless you want to take the risk for being lied to. They accepted my mom's insurance first and booked an appointment. They took the co-payment and called me after days of her appointment that they don't take her insurance. When I asked about the co-pay they said I should have made sure for the coverage through my mom's insurance and that it's not their responsibility. My entire life I never had this issue where they take the co-payment without being covered. Now my mom's pain went from bad to worse because they other neurologist earlist appointments are months after. They sent me the bill. But things happen for a reason. They are greedy for money that's very clear and greedy people can't be trusted to take care of your love ones"

"Don’t go there and save your time! The staff is so rude the front desk person is the wife of the doctor she did not talk to insurance before hand the appointment and wanted me to pay full price for the service although i talked to insurance and it’s in network and covered she wouldn’t explain to me why i am paying full price and i called insurance to resolve it. After 45 mins of back and forth with insurance they confirmed that i am covered and she still wanted me to pay in full “ just in case “ i paid and went in, the medical assistant took my history and started the visit and went to grab the doctor atit, then came back and said the doctor won’t see you and recommends you go find another neurologist, and the reason was that i was “late” , i was not late , and there was no other reason he just refused to service me without a legit reason. Very unprofessional and rude not worth the time or money. O communication skills at all for their patients."
