"I saw this doctor for the first time today and if I was able to give her 10 stars I would. I have been pushed from doctor to doctor for my anxiety issues with nobody really knowing what to do about it. Unfortunately, she was not able to help me in the sense I was hoping she would but she did give me the resources to be on the right path. This is the first doctor who hasn’t just brushed my issues off as something for me to just deal with until it resolves on its own. I would recommend this practice to anyone needing help for their mental state. Once I am able to financially get the type of help I need I will gladly come back here for all other mental health care in the future. Also, CeCe (probably not the correct spelling) who answers the phones is absolutely amazing. You can tell the women in the office genuinely care about their patients."

"I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the way Dianne Mbai runs her business. At first she seemed to care about my issues and genuinely wanted to help. Then when I actually needed her to do something, I saw an entirely different side of her. A side that was dark and ugly and unprofessional. I needed her to answer 3 questions from my attorney and she wanted to charge me $200! When I asked if we could go over the questions first, she refused and got loud with me in the lobby area. To be clear, I didn't even have a major issue with making the payment (she's always received her money from me), I just wanted to review the questions with her. I have never seen a medical professional act in such a way in my life! I would not recommend you spend your time or money with this lady. She will nickel and dime you for everything and you will walk out feeling violated rather than liberated."

"After being on an antidepressant for 3 years, and having the dosage increased, upon advice of my PCP, I sought out a counselor. I chose Bethesda because of its its close proximity to my home, and after just one session, I was hooked. Ms Mbai is a catering and compassionate professional. I wasn't expecting miracles, but like any exercise you get from it what you put into it. She was my trainer, and when it comes to my mental health, she has been an enormous help. Wholeheartedly recommend her."

"Very intimate experience. She is very caring and concerning. She will answer any questions you have. I'm about 2 months in on my new medication and feel really good about it. Thank you. Also her receptionist is nice and helpful. I had previously went to get anxiety/depression medication at a different location and I did not feel it was working for me, one of the receptionists was very rude, and I am still having issues with billing at that location. To have found Bethesda in dalworthington is very comforting and that's what people with anxiety need."
