Because, according to her, my problem was I was too fat and eating too much and not exercising hard enough. I guess she didn’t believe me when I told her what I eat and how I work out - love that. Now, after going to a functional medicine doctor who actually did detailed lab work on my entire body and thyroid, turns out I’ve got a ton of TSH that isn’t being converted, among many other issues. Thank you so much Dr. Alfonso for doing nothing and leaving me to get sicker and suffer, if I hadn’t done my own research and found a doctor worth their salt. Just stop seeing hashimotos patient or admit you can’t/don’t want do anything for them."

"New patient today, appointment at 11 o clock, no parking available, called to let them know and when I arrived they said they have a mandatory meeting at noon and I will have to return at 1:30 pm. They should call me the day before and inform me about this situation. Horrible customer service, poor bedside manner and even worse job ethics. If I could give them -0 that would be the proper review for that horrible office. Note: When I called the office to explain that I was trying to find parking the person assured me that I will be able to see the physician, If she had told me that there was a meeting and that I would have to wait until 1:30, I would have canceled the appointment at that very minute, she never mentioned valet parking, in fact she was trying to figure it out where I can safely park, I don’t accept your excuses."
