"Experience Recovery is life changing and I am forever grateful for the care I received during my time there. Being my first time going to treatment, I was fearful and a nervous wreck. As soon as I walked in, Kara (CM) admitted me with so much kindness and empathy, while Tomisha's (CM) positivity calmed my nerves. All of the staff made me feel at home and cared for as an individual thanks to the nurses, incredible counselors Paul and Wade and shoutout to Chef Chris for his amazing cuisine and conversation. The absolute highlight of my Experience - I was beyond fortunate to have had Paul as my counselor. He didn't just listen to me, he heard me, and genuinely saw me when I felt so small. Paul is a light at Experience. I can't express enough how much he made an impact on my life with his extensive knowledge on addiction/recovery that I'll carry with me forever."

"I wasn’t sure what to expect in taking my spouse to treatment but this was by far the best not only for my partner but for me as well. I read the other reviews, and felt comfortable immediately and here’s why. They do have a challenging black out for the initial days in treatment, however Paul, the case manager was super communicative and kept me informed of how things were going and the stress of things were completely out at ease. I was told about all the aspects of treatment and my partner’s involvement, positives and struggles, etc. Once the blackout was complete, we were able to talk on the phone with a counselor or Paul in the room which was incredibly helpful for both of us. There were some moments where things were thinking too far in advance and I needed some help slowing things down, so having that support was tremendous. I cannot express my gratitude enough to the team, and most importantly Paul for being so supportive and patient with me and my concerns, and being a solid source of support for my spouse. They connected very well and helped us both navigate this process with incredible ease. My only wish was that the duration of treatment was longer here but unfortunately our insurance did not accommodate this. As a family member, just know that all stressors are relieved, the team is super awesome, kind, patient, welcoming and made all of this a very safe space. When Sydney admitted me I was immediately touched by her empathy, kindness and care. And despite my hesitations (due to the location) I knew I was at the right place.The program was great and exactly what I needed. When my own issues affected my mental health and sobriety a year ago, I was taken to Experience Recovery and it was truly a new experience in dealing with recovery. Paul and Liz, as well as Bill were so passionate and patient in finding and uncovering some of the hidden aspect of my life and the realization of why I do what I do. Their care was very professional and useful, unlike some other places that look to bring you in to bill your insurance. "I came here for initial detox and extended my stay for the RTC portion of the treatment program. From the moment I arrived I was treated as I was a part of the family. Everyone was very kind, respectful and I could tell they were there to help me start my journey of recovery. The therapists were incredible at there jobs and helping me to open up and take down my walls. The nursing staff and cm’s were very caring and took care of all my needs in regards to medications, medical leave paperwork and prescriptions. When ever I had a question or concern it was addressed immediately. The chef Chris also top notch, he was sure to communicate with us of the meals he had planned and made any adjustments that were requested. He was also sure to listen to us with the kinds of dishes we would like to have, which was so comforting when first entering treatment because it was a little bit of home."
