"I have worn hearing aids for the past five or six years and was not happy with my hearing or the medical facility I was going to. I decided to do some research for another practice and found Audiology & Hearing Services of Charlotte. I called to see if I could get an appointment and lucky me they were accepting new patients. My first contact with this practice was with Lannie, Patient Coordinator, and after talking with her I knew this was going to be a great place to assist me with my hearing problem. Lannie was friendly, professional, patient and made me feel welcome. When I arrived for my appointment, I saw Dr. Ivy Saul. Dr. Saul who was also very friendly, professional and patient with me, I had a lot of questions. I felt very comfortable as if I had been a patient for a long time. We talked about my hearing and what I wanted from hearing aids. After we talked, I had the most thorough hearing test that I have had. After the test Dr. Saul explained the test results in a manner that I was able to understand. She made her recommendations on the type of hearing devices she though would be best for me. I took her advise, she upgraded my current aids and am so pleased with how much better I can hear with them and with Audiology & Hearing Services of Charlotte, along with all the staff. I definitely will continue to be a patient of this practice for all my hearing needs.
