"Please don’t take your kids to this office if your children’s life is important for you!Very bad experience which I’ve never had before.I almost lost my child by this doctor’s mistake.She misdiagnosed my child’s disease even though I explained everything what symptoms my child had even with video i tried to show these symptoms but doctor she didn’t pay attention for that.She told me that it’s just infection but it was not.It’s so unprofessional and neglecting.After appt with this doctor after 2 days I went to ER because I was not satisfied by her decision.When I went to ER with my child I found out that my child has serious life threatening diagnosis and treatment should be started immediately!It was so scary because I didn’t expect that!I was shocked by her actual diagnosis.Overall I’m not satisfied by this office!Worst doctor I have ever seen!"

"Very bad experience I had today may 1 st 2024 . This morning 830 am, I requested the staff to let the doctor knows my daughter is not feeling well and myself as a nurse I found out my daughter having throat infection so I told one of the staff to let the doctor knows and call me back with the response. I been waiting and waiting , my daughter fever got worse even with Tylenol given after 2 hrs fevers comes back. I did not received any phone calls or text. Finally I called them around 4 pm and they said doctor left for the day. The time showing at the website clinic close 5 pm. I had an other bad experience from this clinic before. I’m not happy with their service at all. Feels like they don’t care about our kids at all. Dr Anisha and dr kapali are the best doctors there, others are worse doctors sorry to say this, not taking their responsibilities serious, just come and go. Very disappointed about this doctor Dr G or J something like this her name starts with ."

"The staff is consistently rude, and scheduling appointments seems pointless when you end up waiting for 40 minutes in the waiting room and another 15 minutes inside the room for the doctor. They're overbooking appointments, resulting in at least an hour wait to be seen. Additionally, the clinic lacks cleanliness. It's frustrating that they prioritize quantity over quality, as everyone values their time and doesn't want to waste it on a brief check-up."

"We used to take our baby boy to this Pediatric Hospital. I like this clinic in overall. There is availability of enough parking spaces. There is also enough waiting spaces for visitors. Doctor’s were really nice. Walls are painted with pictures of different animals and fruits for the amusement of children.Check - up rooms are also child friendly. Since, this is pediatric hospital. It would be better to have separate play room. So, children can play while waiting for the turn to check up comes.Highly recommended."
