"ZERO STARS, didn’t have alcohol almost 3 weeks, yet Evan gave me a breathalyzer and said I was positive for alcohol. Majority of the staff is in a bad mood. I voluntarily put myself in the IOP program and it was a joke, majority of the people in IOP are court ordered, and are forced to be there. I brought my list of medications to Shirley,and she still didn’t put it in the computer properly. There aren’t any doctors on staff, it’s pretty much a program to bill your insurance company. That program is set up for people to fail, you are better off at JPHSA or an AA/NA program. The urinalysis program is a joke, and never gets changed to the right color on time, sometimes they leave the same color for days, and put the blame on the patients for them doing their job properly. Kenneth, the man who teaches the IOP program comes in with a different attitude everyday, and falls asleep on the Thursday NA/AA guest speakers."

"I’m a landlord with Responsibility House. The staff has always been easy to work with and very receptive to my needs. They follow up with tenants and I feel like I am making a difference. I have nothing but great things to say about working with them. The tenants have all seemed like people who need help pursuing a better life. Really cool idea for helping people when they need the help. I am going on three years of working with them."

"Any way to keep you in the program to milk you’re insurance provider for every dime they can get!!! Complete scam!!! Go to AA or NA meetings and get some real help for free not this place."

"I brought a friend there who does not drink they have other issues. They told him that he failed his alcohol test. The man's never drank never been a drunk. I know two other people that went and they both said the same thing there's no real doctors there's no real treatment basically it's just a homeless shelter that builds your Medicaid gets food stamps and has you do manual labor to help their properties and yes they will find you a job after you're done paying for your place to live by working it off with them even though Medicaid's already paying it's not a good system so if you really need help with recovery go to a rehab not a homeless shelter i"

"I'm grateful for this organization for helping me and my children during our transitional housing situation. Paying for our hotel was a huge blessing. Unfortunately, I can't say this is the most compassionate or communicating organization to work with. Don't expect real case management. Don't expect phone calls to see how your house search is going. Don't expect housing leads. Don't expect any type of emotional connection. This organization abruptly stopped paying for my hotel. In turn, the hotel abruptly kicked me and my family out on the street. If I was given more notice I could have made arrangements for me and my family to go somewhere else and not scramble the way we did. All of this stress and sudden change in routine landed my disabled autistic daughter in the hospital."
