"I have 3 torn ligaments in my right knee. Went to see Dr. Varboncouer. Ha! I think he spoke 5 words to me. My knee was so bad I couldn't bear weight on it. He came in the room and said "You have arthritis." I said "Yes I do. That's not why I'm here." He was defensive and asked what I wanted. I told him I needed an MRI and he put his hands up in an "I surrender" position. Never said another word. But I made sure I got the MRI order called in. Got the MRI, called Mizzou Orthopedics, and got actual real medical care there. It's a drive but it's worth it. FYI: you can report these physicians to the state licensing board online."

"Dr. Bridgeman and his nurse practitioner TJ have been absolutely amazing. I had an unfortunate accident with a table saw while making Christmas trees. I thought I cut my thumb off completely. However, Dr. Bridgeman food an amazing job at fixing my thumb. He explained things very well and thoroughly. Helped me to understand what was going on the whole step of the way. I ended up having a pin out in and when it was tone to take it out, I hardly felt a thing. I appreciated both his truth and positivity. Made me feel like I was in good hands. Definitely not someone I hope to see very often but so grateful for his him and TJ. Highly recommend! Couldn't ask for anyone better."

"i have problems with my knee and i called to get in earlier and they tell me the nurse will call you. will they didn’t, instead they keep messing around.where my knee almost gave out so i wouldn’t recommended it."

"This place is a joke I have a broken elbow they did nothing to help me but blab there lips and waste my 40$ of the time they put the sling on to tight had to go to Jeff and actually get put in a arm cast they said I needed one instead of a sling and now they trying to charge me 540$ for doing nothing but putting me in a sling and blabbing there gums"

"Call to get an appointment, was put on hold and hung up on. Call back explain the situation that I was hung up on. The person answered the phone says well it wasn't me. Went to make the appointment for my hip. Asked if they could look at my knee because I almost fell in hurt my knee last week. She explained that they only see one thing at a time. And didn't mention it again and made me appointment to see one of the doctors. Then I said never mind, I will find my own doctor. Thank you and hung up. I figured if they didn't have time. To talk to me. I didn't need them."
