"This place is unbelievable, they had us show up at 3 pm 15 minutes early for a 3:15 appointment then left us in the lobby until we finally asked if they forgot us at 3:40 , so they come take us to a room and then leave us setting in the room for another 25 Minutes until 4::05 .To then spend about 5 minutes taking out stitches & talk. If you have an appointment here you literally should plan on losing the whole day bc they don’t give AF about you or your time. I’ll never go to OU again."
"They take so long say they'll be back after looking at X-rays then forget about you. Last appointment I was waiting for more then a hour before I had to open the door and say something it's ridiculous"
"Horrible customer service. My first impression was horrible. The receptionist was so rude and made me feel like I didn’t even want to schedule with them anymore. I have worked as a receptionist before and the whole time I was on the phone with her I felt like I couldn’t even ask questions because of how rude she was. She didn’t even say bye when we finished the conversation she just hung up."
"Met Dr. White a few years ago. Was told "your shoulder is messed up bad and it needs to have a REVERSE shoulder replacement" they brought me in for surgery after taking me off ALL my meds for 2weeks. Keep in mind I have a SEVERE autoimmune disease. So it was a really bad couple weeks before surfery. And after being off all meds for 2 weeks I was in the OR prep room all hooked up to IVs, had blood tests done, and it was 3mins before it was time to goo back for the surgery to start and they SENT ME HOME. And said they'd call me to set another date. That was Dec. 20th 2022. IVE NEVER HAD A CALL BACK OR APPOINTMENT SET. this is the SECOND year in a row they have disregarded me and my Healthcare. Yes the 2nd time this has happened to me here. The first set of appointments never got wrote down by the staff. I showed up to my appointments and they said I didn't have one. That I wasn't even in their record anymore. I will be finding a way to sue this place, And dr. Christopher white."
"I would give no stars if I could. The front office staff is so unprofessional. I myself work in customer service and wouldn't hang up on a patients just because they're upset, which i had the right too since ive been struggling to get my daughter to be seen. They need to be trained better and find solutions not hang up on people."
