"Hours are listed wrong. They claim to be 24/7 with an appointment but they locked up at 4:45 even though I had an appointment. Very rude didn't answer the phone when I was trying to get in for my appointment."

"Very unprofessional the “Owner” hung up and my face about 5 times because she didn’t want to do her job. She told me she had a full lobby but that was untrue. She was rude when she answered the phone so I rushed what I wanted to ask her so I could get off the phone with her that’s when she told me they lobby was full and hung up in my face. Every time I would call back she pick the phone up and hung up on me. I called from a friends phone and finally got to talk to her she said she wouldn’t be servicing me because I was rude and hung up and my face again when I asked how I was being rude. I found out the lied about the lobby being full because my friend called back and asked and she told him he could come in anytime before 4. They are very unprofessional and rude. I wouldn’t bother wasting your time here or even sending your employees here for testing."

"Update: I'm raising from one to four stars. Was called the next day. An emergence call had pulled them out of the office. The staff worked through lunch the next day to accommodate m,y needs. Spoke to employee on the phone earlier in the day. Was assured that walk-ins were taken until 5:00 and office closed at 5:30. Showed up at 4:30 Pm. Lights were out and at least 3 people in the office building said they had never seen anyone at this address."

"MOBILE COLLECTORS - PROCEED WITH CAUTION! Impossible to be paid for services performed as a contractor. Multiple calls, emails, messages, and letters have resulted in promises to call back with a date/check number/explanation, and no actual payment. This has been going on for 6 months. Once before they dragged out paying me, then said they could not pay it because they do not issue payment on invoices over 6 months old. WRONG. They did send a check that time, but I am done messing with this. My next step is to approach their clients for whom the services were performed and request payment."

"ONSITE COLLECTORS BEWARE!!!!!! GET PAID UPFRONT!!! I'm a mobile collector. 24/7 Onsite hired me on 3 separate occasions within a 30 day period to perform collections in my area for there customers (2 different customers). I performed as agreed and submitted invoices to them via email and US Mail. After the 1st was 60 days late, I called to check on the status. They told me they would get back with me within a couple days. They never did, so I called again and was told they never got any of the invoices (I have a delivery receipt saying otherwise). They ask me to email it to them again so they can process the checks. I asked about the expected turnaround time considering it had already been 70 days. They told me that because they were only NOW being entered into the system, it would be 60 more days. RIDICULOUS! After another 60 days passed, I had yet to receive payment so again I called and whoever over sees A/P was impossible to get on phone and doesn't return VM. I've also emailed several times but to no avail. Next step is my attorney."
