"I was extremely pleased with the Idabel service location. The phlebotomist, Melissa, was very friendly and did a great job drawing my labs. I had a very short wait time and the service was completely quickly. Overall a great experience!"

My 4 year old couldn’t wait to go back the 2nd time to see her, now we will be visiting anytime because my daughter loves her to death!"

"Great place! Fast, courteous, and skilled. Always able to get blood drawn on first try, even with my nervous kiddos who have difficult veins. I do wish the Idabel location was open on Fridays though. My kids are on a Mon-Thur school schedule and would be a big help. Even if it was 8-12...."

"I was there on 2/09/23. Melissa was amazing! My 9 yr had to get a lactose intolerance test which involved getting blood drawn 5 times within a few hrs. First thing, she had us wait to come until she had enought of the tiny butterfly needles. She was really scared but Melissa was SO patient and went well out of her way to be accommodating to us. She encouraged my daughter to drink the nasty stuff by "racing" her with her own drink. Even though she was very patient and gentle my daughter was so scared she cried on the first one. By the time she did the last few she didn't cry or anything. She gave us coloring sheets while we waited in between draws. My kid even gave her a high five when it was all over (and now I'm jealous because she is too cool to give anyone else one!) The only thing I would like to see different is I wish they were open on Fridays. That would have worked better for my scheduling. Also apparently there is an issue with when it rains a lot water comes in through the floor on the north end of the building. I hope they can come get that fixed for her because not only was she having to draw blood, she also was having to go mop and the lady has enough work! It's also probably ruining the tiles."
