"Terrible doctor, saw her as a minor. Gave me 4 medications at the same time 2 of which contradict with each other. I also ended up going to the hospital due to the contradicting medications and she did NOT pick up my parents phone call for a week and then tried contacting me, and I was a MINOR at the time. She has no respect for parents of minors. Also she is a psychiatrist and is not supposed to perform talk therapy and did so anyways, which is considered illegal if you are not properly certified. During these sessions she would say “your relationship with parents will never get better”. I am in the mental health field now as an adult (getting a LPC) and realize AWFUL terrible her practices are. If you are thinking about going to her, I would suggest finding a competent doctor, who actually cares for patients and not just making money."

"I’ve been seeing Dr. Roy for about 5 years now and I’m so grateful to have found her. She has helped me manage my medication and find ways to cope with my psychiatric disorders, where prior doctors have failed me repeatedly. Highly recommend!"

"Horrible! Negative stars should be an option. Lucky we do not file a complaint with the board. Dr. Roy gave pills to our teenager without consulting the parents! First, she increased the medication without consulting the parents then gave our teenager 5 pills of a different (stronger) medication without consulting the parents! On top of that, we are a split family (2 households) and she did not provide paperwork or consent paperwork to the parents that is legally required. When my husband emailed and asked that she call him to discuss all of the above, the reply was “you can talk to her when she meets with your child at the next appointment”. Extremely concerning that the parent is not informed of the treatment plan or changes, prior to handing drugs out to a minor."

"SCAM ALERT ! Shamefully Incompetent! They have cancelled my scheduled appointments in a very short notice not once. People who are dealing with psychiatric problems, please be a little compassionate about it. Booked an appointment after a long wait, and I had a lot of psychiatric concerns to talk to. Rather getting any help, she made me feel like she was rushing, and answers my questions like she was reading to me and has no idea what she was talking about. She was just focused on her phone, I did not get any help here. I had high hopes, but now I feel like I wasted my time and money going there. i left very frustrated. I would never go there and never recommend this place to anyone because of this horrible experience I have received from Writtika Roy."

"I always look forward to my appointments with Dr. Roy. My previous psychiatrist was very straight-to-the-point about whether my medications were working or not, but Dr. Roy takes the time to listen to you and genuinely hear your well-being. Love my doctor! I will say that Allison at the front desk has been really unreliable. I'm not sure if she has too large of a work load, but she has never called me back over numerous inquiries. My doctor was sick today and Allison called to tell me the appointment was cancelled 5 minutes beforehand... her performance is getting concerning."
