"I have had two children/babies go here for further testing and a diagnoses for one and we absolutely love the staff and drs there. They’re so friendly and welcoming and make it a priority to remember you the next time you visit. They work to make you or your child as comfortable as they can and are so accommodating and polite. Liz Rogers is an absolute doll and is like family and she’s soooo good with my kids. If you have questions or concerns or really anything you need help with she will work her hardest to make it happen for you. Would 100% recommend this audiologist office and Liz to anybody needing their ears checked out and hearing checked. You’ll be in good hands at this office no matter who you see. Another good Dr there tho I’ve only met with her once when I went in with my newborn for his hearing test is Dr Kratzer. She was super tuned into what she was doing trying to find what was needed and to work around a wiggly newborn and she done great with him♥️ Also! Such a big and clean facility and so nice and modern with a little play area for kids in the waiting room. I do believe Dr Liz Rogers has an office in somerset as well if you aren’t local to the Corbin office as well!!"
"I have been there several times with my mother and have been irritated by how “put out”/unfriendly the office staff acted every time. This past time particularly was unsatisfactory because they were rude when I was verifying they had her correct (NEW) insurance information. They didn’t bother to say they were now not in network but they had made sure they had the correct information before they took her appointment. So my 90 year old mother ended up paying over $200 on what should have been free. Obviously, we won’t be back and do not recommend. Side note, the audiologist was professional and helpful. Maybe she can stress the importance to her office staff the impact their attitudes have on patient satisfaction."
"Yesterday was my son’s appointment for the first time in a while..I was unaware of location changes..due to the lack of communication my husband and I went to the old facility unknowingly that they had relocated their office. So I call and see what’s going on and where they had moved to..the lady in this pic was extremely rude told me and my husband that because we went to the wrong location that it made us 4 mins late and my son wouldn’t be seen by the Doctor! I had driven 30+ miles in the snow and it 30 degrees outside with my sickly born son..I was simply trying to get an address and directions from this lady whose name wasn’t given nor did she wear a name tag of any sort! She hung up on me and my husband. So I called back and spoke to a much nicer lady who was very helpful in giving me directions and was more understanding than the rude witch we had spoken to before..as I arrive I am on the phone with the much nicer lady I let her know I’m in the parking lot and I’d be right in.due to my child being a current patient I didn’t know that insurance cards and ID was required..of course it was the rude witch that hung up on my husband and I.she said to me in the most hateful and rude tone I’ve ever heard and even snarled her nose at me that she needed it..another lady behind her told her no it wasn’t needed because he was a returning patient..everyone there has always been so nice and understanding up until yesterday. I will not be bringing my child back there ever again! I will go somewhere else cause I will not take the abuse of some receptionist having a bad day or whatever her reason was for being so mean to me and my family! I wish I knew her name and if it was me I’d not have such a woman working in a facility such as this! She is the type of person that is bad for anyones business and as for my son they have lost a patient now! This happened on 12/18/2023 at 3:45 PM I hope that this lady loses her job and learns some manners and respect for others as well!! I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else ever again! I was being nice and gave them a 1 star when they didn’t deserve it!"
