"Call me old fashioned or whatever my kids been going to Pediatric of mesquite for awhile now far the worst clinic I ever had my kid in but if I could drive 5 and 10 minutes to Amarillo, tx too take my kids to there old pediatrician they was on point with schedule and shot records. I was in a car accident couple years lost my kids shot record a clinic nurses gets mad because I don’t have that I never heard you can’t pull up the shot records there old clinic has sent so many emails and y’all still can’t get on point with anything I have told y’all my kids dad has passed away and y’all still ask for information about him. Shoot if I could find a different clinic that takes my kids insurance I would and if had to drive an extra mile for I would. Y’all are worse clinic I have ever experienced"

"I’ve been bringing my son to this clinic over 11 years. I have NEVER encountered a “Dr” who was as rude, unprofessional, and as unethical as Morales. This man should not be able to practice medicine let alone be a pediatrician. I won’t even go into the full details, I’ll save that for higher authorities. If he is the only person available, please wait for the next Dr, because he will be available because as you’ll see through these reviews, no one wants to deal with him. He should be fired and his medical license taken away. These Drs should be regularly drug tested and psych evaluated because that was definitely erratic behavior. I know the nurses sick of him too because he made a comment to a nurse while we were there and I could clearly see she was annoyed."

"If I could give it less I would. While attending they would actively ignore our questions and they would just brush off our concerns of our son not speaking yet at the age of 2 1/2 to 3. When taken elsewhere he was properly diagnosed with autism and a severe speech delay, and we were told we should’ve been able to start speech therapy much sooner than he did. They also scoffed and were looking at my toddler with annoyance when he would be scared of needles or doctors in general. To make things more inconvenient, they only send vaccination records and others though fax or the usps. Sending it through the mail wouldn’t be so bad if they would send it day of asking but “There no guarantee we send it today or tomorrow, but it should be sent by this Friday.” The phone call and operator system were completely useless because every time they were asked a question it was “let me ask my supervisor”. The main thing is, why is this clinic only relying on mostly outdated forms of transferring records. It is the year 2024 and it’s actually crazy that they don’t have an email as a clinic, how hard would it be to get a email for just the records department or something. It’s actually baffling to think they are still running the clinic this way, but then you see the review ratings and how it’s obviously bolstered to a 2.5 star by phony and paid reviews. This is why my son only attended this clinic for less than 3 months and we got him a new primary care physician even though they were much farther away. In the end, if I could go back in time I never would of chose this clinic for my son in the first place. Real rating is a .5/5 stars they only get the .5 because they have a building and that is all."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. No one involved in this pediatric office cares about their job. None of them are happy, outgoing nice people. They ALL look miserable , they ALL have attitudes. No urgency, no care, they are simply there to get paid. I gave them a whole two years worth of a chance and I’ve been disappointed every time. They are also unorganized , incompetent and unprofessional. Do not recommend..front desk is rude, doctors are rude, nurses are rude. Do not take your kids here…plain & simple."

"Note: Pediatric Clinic of Sunnyvale. This clinic is being run by Hispanics! After the treatment that we received today, my child will never be returning back! The staff totally disrespected and disregarded our rights as patients. We waited for over an hour to be seen. Then they call in a patient who had arrived after us, who just happened to be Hispanic. Not trying to pull the race card, but it is what it is! My child will not be returning. I plan to take her to a more professional doctor's office with excellent customer service skills and who cares about ALL of their patients, not just a selective group!!!"
