"Very pleasant experience. PA Madison is a very knowledgeable and pleasant professional. Everything went in a timely fashion. Overall an excellent experience. There is one important situation which needs serious improvement and that is the phone system in the cardiology building. It took me almost a month to get hold of someone there! I think the only feature of this phone system is that it rings, but there’s no hope of connection!"
