"This repair shop sucks. Especially a person named Adam. He never calls you back, He quick to speak to you on the phone like you are an idiot. My 2012 Dodge Charger SE has been to this shop two times for transmission repairs . One was March 1st and April 8th for the 2nd time. Also R&R the A/C compressor and alternator. Which was not replaced. Each time keeping the car 3 weeks. Now on June 17th it needs to go back a 3rd time for transmission issues. WHAT IS A PERSON TO DO l! I HAVE CALLED THE WARRANTY CLAIM SECURE1. To help with my dilemma. S1 says sorry M&H will still need to be the repair faculty under warranty. NO WAY I SAY"

"DONT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR CAR! Dropped off my car 1 week ago, they went along, took my word what I thought whats wrong wit my car and what the scanners said, without looking at it first, and trying to save customers money. I paid $600 for a part that wasnt the problem. A mechanic there seems like he only works when he wants to.. Adam kept on telling me it will be ready the next day.. it took them whole week to tell me it's a electrical problem, he is the only one that knows what thhe electrical problem, and didnt tell the manager. I had to call them and ask for an update they never called me. I got my car back with it not working."

"I took my Hyundai Equus to the shop for them to take off the air rise suspension and add regular shocks and struts . It took over a week for the car to be fixed and my car was not located at the shop at all until it was time to pick it up . I was told at first it would be $400 a few days after dropping off price changed to $650 which was cool . When I arrived to pick up my car I was told the air rise was taken off but car would still sit low because I didn’t have rear coil springs and to get them and come back they’ll put it on . I haven’t been able to drive the car so fast forward to now 4 months later . I find the parts take it to another mechanic and was told that m&h never took off the air rise (attached pictures below). Went to speak with owner and at first he wouldn’t even look at me but immediately started going off once I told him what he did . My family and I have been doing business with this guy since 2019 and have spent thousands and never had an issues until now . I definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!"
