"If you have a complaint about anything or anybody here, the office manager will never get your message because you have to go through the front office staff or nurses and if they are the problem ( which they are) they wont give her your message in order to cover their own butts. Ive called twice and left messages for the office manager to call me back. The front office staff and tall white nurse are very, very rude and always say the office manager is not there or unavailable. They argue back with you and hang up on you. At this point, Im taking my mom to a different nepherologist NOT at this location."

"My doctor sent a referral several weeks ago and haven’t heard anything from them. I’ve called twice and the person answering phone had excuses as to why but no answers. I was transferred to another extension but always get a voicemail with no call back. I will be going to a doctor further away as it seems they don’t want another patient."

"The VA called me and said they had faxed the Southwell Nephrology office paperwork for Community Outpatient Care and wanted me to follow-up to see if they received the paperwork. I called on a midday and left a message. Didn't hear anything back on that day or the next. Called them again on the third day and told the person that answered why I was calling and she jumped down my throat with both feet. Saying I was just trying to start trouble and she wouldn't even listen, than she hung up on me. I called the VA back the next day and asked them to find me a Nephrology Dr in Valdosta. They sent paperwork to Dr Ven Chiang's office and had an appointment setup within 3 days. Please be aware if you go to the Southwell Nephrology."
