"Need to REHIRE the whole supporting Staff. Trying to Call and establish new care and I had some questions. Been calling for 30 minutes straight...NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE, ALL OF MY CALLS GOES STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL. And I mean I've tried ALL THE OPTIONS DURING THE CALL WILL LEAD YOU STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL. RED RED RED FLAG."
"Horrible HORRIBLE practice. You can never get anyone to answer and when you leave a voicemail, they rarely call back. Very hard to schedule an appt, those women at the front desk could care about anything else except these SICK children!! Put me on hold a couple of times for OVER 15 minutes, then when I call back, NO ANSWER! You have to leave a voicemail AGAIN! IF they do return your call, they don’t know what the heck you need after you left a brief description. In office, they are lazy! BEWARE! And they don’t care! Probably not even the doctors. You schedule an appointment for you to be sitting there for over 2 hrs while walk ins are seen before you.. Weird right? Do you really want anyone like that seeing after your kid? I live right down the street but I don’t mind driving to Hawkinsville to have my child see his old pediatrician because this place is not it! This place needs to be shut down!"
"Went in today to pay a bill from a previous appointment. I was accidentally billed by the girl at the front desk 40$ over what my bill was. Now I am trying to get my 40$ back and they can’t handle the situation for me. I was told to contact the billing office which I did and can’t get anyone to call me back or pick up the phone. Beyond disappointed with this establishment."
"I have had nothing but bad experiences with this Dr office. Now on 2 separate occasions they have rescheduled my newborns dr visits on the day of. No heads up no nothing. Not very pleased with how they handle the situation either. Instead of giving good reasons they just transfer you to their “supervisor” and 10/10 it goes straight to voicemail. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE FOR YOUR KIDS!"
"This place provides service that other doctors should consider adopting into their practice. Patient, kind, and accommodating when needed. Children tend to suddenly get ill and need a doctor. When that happens, this place will get your child in for care. I wish my doctor (adult) were as nice, and accommodating as this place."
