"Just a friendly warning in case you're thinking of taking your child here- do not waste your time, energy, or money. I've never been more disappointed in a doctor's visit in my life. We came to this place for our 5 year old at our pediatrician's recommendation. This is a mystery because our pediatrician is top-notch, and extremely trusted, and I can't believe she would recommend this eye doctor. The male doctor- Frank Morreale, didn't bother to explain what he was doing or why he was doing each of his tests during the process. At the end of the exam, he says our child has astigmatism, needs glasses, and writes out a prescription. I explained we don't even know what astigmatism means, and this is all new to us with having a child needing glasses. The doctor did not seem to care, listen, or communicate anything. At all. No answers. No opportunity to ask questions, even though we were early for our appointment and waited an exorbitant amount of time to be seen. Just handed us the Rx and walked us out. We are not high maintenance individuals or parents in any way. Just some common courtesy and communication would be appreciated as to why our son needs glasses and insight into his overall eye health would have been nice. I truly can't believe there was NO COMMUNICATION, and will now have to take our son to a new doctor and pay out of pocket for a new exam because we don't trust that the Rx is even accurate from this doctor."

"Excellent service and a very friendly staff. I got a very thorough eye exam for only $77 (actually, it was free because my insurance covered it). The only downside was the location, since Sheridan Road doesn't go through to Hibiscus Blvd and the traffic was aweful on 192. Other than that, I highly recommend it."

"Sorry this place doesn't deserve more then one star. The male doctor saw my fiance and said she my have glocoma because of the pressure in her eye so he went and prescribed a medication. Luckily that medication never got sent through to the pharmacy which made us go to the eye doctor and talk to them while there the female doctor said she disagreed with the male doctors outcome and said my fiance needed more tests done. So being on the side of caution we went for a second opinion at a different facility come to find out she has a active bleed in her eye and not signs of glocoma. I would not recommend this facility unless your going to see the female doctor."
