"Encore was a great help after my massive shoulder surgery and I would always recommend them for any type of rehabilitation. Everyone was nothing but nice and concerned, starting at the reception desk. I got all appointments at times convenient for me with a smile. All physical therapists and assistants I worked with were great as well. Nikki, Holiday, Todd and Andrea were genuinely considerate and helpful guiding me through the exercises. I received a lot of good advice for home when I had my last appointment and felt well taken care of. I saw that some reviewers had billing issues, but you can avoid those. Talk to your insurance before about your copay and out of pocket expenses and pay exactly what they tell you. Billing is not done in Enterprise, so you will have to call a number on your bill, if something does go wrong. I had to do that once, but again, had a quick and nice conversation and the issue was resolved. Highly recommend!"
