"i scheduled an appointment to see this office for pain management due to a cervical spinal compression, the appointment they gave me was 7 months out so i booked it anyways. i was never told anything about a cancellation policy. 7 months later i got a text 3 days before my appointment to keep or cancel the appointment, i cancelled it immediately because since then i have lost my job and my insurance. a week later i got a bill from this place for $50 for cancelling my appointment with no warning about any fees or notices ahead of time to cancel to avoid penalty. this is fraud, and in most places it is illegal. if they do not drop this bill, i'm going to file complaints with the state for fraudulent business practices. i'm continually disgusted by how unprofessional the healthcare system in this country has become, to the point of thievery and extortion. i have never set foot in this place and now have had no income for a year, only to be sent a bill for not getting any help."

"I like doctor Miranda. He is takss time to talk to you and is very knowlegable. The staff that works with him are also mu h appreciared. HoweverThe office staff brings the whole place down. I have called 3 times in the past 2 weeks and they do not return calks. I have been a patient for about 5 months and except gor the initial appointment I have never had thd offive return calls in a timely manner. Frustrating especially for people who are in pain!"

"I haven't seen the Doctor Delgado. But I pray they are able to help me!!! I have severe migraines everyday wake up with them and go to bed with them. They even make my vision really bad. And some days I'm down all day. And I also have severe neck pain all the way to the bottom of my back and my hips hurt so bad and my legs and the bottom of my feet which is neuropathy. I'm praying for help. I have had this appointment for almost 1 year. So I'm hoping and praying that I get some much needed help!!! Can't really add to the stars on my post until I see the doctor."

"The doctor speaks Spanish but they do not have medical assistants who speak Spanish or front desk staff, it is illogical, if you speak Spanish I do not recommend this office, I had to accompany my mother to do everything because they did not even have sheets to fill out in Spanish, which is the minimum, very bad. bad experience. They definitely need staff in Spanish, like my mother were many patients."

"Dr. Miranda is the best pain management Doctor around. He has helped me for so many years with my pain. I won't see no one else and have declined to move to another doctor. Tonda is amazing, she keeps me going there too. She keeps you relaxed, calm and treats you like you are number 1."
