"I love these doctors. My grandson has an appointment in January but I needed to see this for something that I couldn't figure out what was going on. I called them to see about making an appointment sooner..Well, they told me to come right on over... I waited for about 5 minutes and they called me right on back... I was surprised.... "I had an issue with a certain nurse practitioner filed a complaint and then they made a total lie about me up and refusing to see my kids and when I asked to speak to dr.soos and when a very good investigation done the office manger refused!! This is what they do when you file a complaint parents be aware this people are scared to file complaints because of things like this. And I filed a complaint about April woods it seems like she has allot of complaints in these reviews.."
