"My first visit resulted in an appointment at 8:30 but did not see Christy the PA until 9:00 am. While I was waiting, a lady came in and complained about not receiving a call regarding her test results from two weeks ago. She also remarked had left messages but no return call. Christy sent me for an x-ray which came back the same day. She called and said she would call in a prescription of which I never received. Therefore, I tried to take care of it with over the counter medicines. STILL having problems and knowing they don't answer their phones and don't return messages, I stopped by to request a procedure, and they said I would have to make an appointment which was two weeks out. Unfortunately, I ended up in the emergency room and surgery followed. Obviously, it was a missed diagnosis and I will not be returning."
