"The Nurse JAMES TRA at the hatcher station pharmacy needs to be fired. I have never met someone so unprofessional. He was extremely rude to a partially blind guy in front of me and practically laughed at me for some reason unknown. After wasting a lot of time. This need to be looked into."
"Just enrolled into the CHIP parkland medicaid for my son. This is absolutely the worst insurance ever. He needs a urologist and its been hell for him to see a specialist. I've been waiting way too long for a referral."
"UPDATE: SENT EMAIL - NO CONTACT, PHONE SUPPORT NO HELP - REDIRECT TO WEBSITE. ANYTHING? The entire provider list in the DFW area is out of date. Doctors listed are not even doctors, one phone number is an Audi Service Dealer. Other doctors have not been at location for years, other doctors say they are PCP - but they are orthopedic surgeons. Calling the support number is NO HELP, they suggest to "WIDEN" the search to east dallas. There are seriously NO family doctors in the Plano, Allen area, or even Frisco, or Dallas that take this insurance? Sitting on hold now for an hour waiting to talk to the Parkland Hospital Clinics - assuming THEY take the insurance. Having a list of doctors that are IN NETWORK published - should be a pretty simply task one would think. Look who billed you in the last month or two - and delete everyone else. Stop publishing Audi Service Managers as doctors, and audit your lists My girlfriend was assigned a PCP that doesnt exist at the location anymore, and doesnt take the insurance any longer, her daughter was assigned a PCP that doesnt take new patients. Finding a valid PCP is next to impossible now. One can ALWAYS just use urgent care and the emergency rooms... but really?"
