Welcome to UF Health Neurology – St. Augustine, where we specialize in providing comprehensive care for individuals with brain and nerve disorders. Conveniently located at 300 Health Park Blvd #5000, St. Augustine, FL 32086, our practice is dedicated to helping patients manage symptoms and enhance their quality of life through advanced diagnostic, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services.

Whether you are living with a chronic neurological condition or have recently been diagnosed, our team is here to support you with personalized care and a range of patient and family support groups. To access our practice, please enter through the main entrance of Flagler Hospital.

For your convenience, medical records can be obtained by logging into MyUFHealth or by calling 904-244-2225. Payments can be made in person at our Cashier’s Office, located on the first floor near the Emergency Department in the UF Health Jacksonville Clinical Center, open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Alternatively, checks or money orders can be mailed to UF Health in Jacksonville, P.O. Box 746094, Atlanta, GA 30374-6094.

We are proud to offer a variety of community and patient programs designed to provide support, education, and resources free of charge. Join our monthly support groups for seizure and epilepsy patients, as well as for myasthenia gravis patients and their families. These groups meet on the second Wednesday of each month from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the UF Health Jacksonville Towers, 580 W. 8th St.

Additionally, we offer tai chi and yoga classes for patients and caregivers dealing with neurological conditions such as Parkinson's, stroke, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, and neuropathy. These programs are tailored to improve well-being and foster a supportive community environment.
