"Worst provider and staff! Had an appointment, when I arrived I was told the Dr. left for the day despite having appts on her schedule. No phone call was made to me. I was there for medication refills. I gave them a detailed list, they still input my medications wrong. Had a family member pick up my medications from the pharmacy, and one of the incorrect medications (an inhaler) they ordered cost me $50/ which cannot be returned. Only half of my meds got refilled, not all of them. I went there previously once before and because I put that I have chronic Rhinitis on my paperwork, the Dr. would not enter the room to exam me. Most bizarre interaction I have ever had at a healthcare facility. They insisted on getting my vitals, so they could charge for an office visit. Used too small of a B/P cuff on me and told me I had high blood pressure."

"I met Dr. Sama in the beginning of the year when she was having a food drive. Her staff were very helpful in answering questions. The doctor herself was out in the parking lot speaking with the people who were getting food. I went back to her office on 4/25/24 to find out information about her office. She came out of her office and answered all our questions. At that moment we decided to use her as our primary doctor. Even though it was lunch she did a physical on my husband and myself. She answers all your questions and takes her time. She is great. I highly recommend her"

"Take the care out of primary care because this doctor does not care about the patients in any way. She will write you an RX for 10 years then completely stop without any warning and tell you to go to the ER if you have withdraws"
