"After 6 months, I am still trying to recover from botched sclerotherapy treatments at St. Johns Vein Center. I lost faith in Dr. Concepcion (after giving him exceptional reviews) when I returned with my infected ankle and was told he would address my situation with the group of doctors. I'm still waiting for a response 6 months later. I was finally released from Wound Care St. Augustine a week ago, but my ankle is still painful and I have difficulty walking. PLEASE STAY AWAY!"

They knew I was feeling anxious and took extra care to let me know what was going to happen, talk me through the procedures and check in with me to make sure I was ok. My bandages had to be redone 3 times before the end of the visit (my fault- not theirs). Everyone pitched in to help re-wrap my leg and didn't seem at all bothered that it had to be done over.
