"Aside from my first visit with them, which I would give the MD a total 5 stars review, I cannot say the same for scheduling appointments as that in itself is completely broken. You receive a text with a link, you click the link, select the date and time (I’m all over technical efficiencies in this day and age), you receive a note that says “this is only a request”, then you wait 1 - 2 days and get nothing. In my case (my fault for assuming) cleared my extremely busy calendar to go into a visit in anticipation for it, since I did it with enough time, to find out (glad I called prior to driving out) it was never booked. I ask, why send the text and give that option to your patients when there is no commitment. My recommendation is to revisit your electronic appointment solution. It’s not working. Bid you success and hope that experience improves."
