"Do not trust this dermatologist. They grossly mislead me. I was told the cost of my skin scan was 100% covered by insurance. I re-confirmed this the day before the appointment. Weeks after my appointment, they presented me with a bill for $350! The billing person admitted that her office misled me. She couldn't believe that her manager would not make it right. I would not trust them. Awful customer service and dishonest."

"First off, let me say that Anne Marie and her medical assistants are on point, professional and friendly. The billing lady that i spoke with is professional as well. However, the check-in person was unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. It’s unfortunate that she’s your 1st contact for your patients and the face of your practice. It leaves a very bad first impression and sets the tone of the customer experience."

"We have been loyal patrons of this facility for six years and have referred numerous friends and family members because of the excellent care and quality of the facility. However, during my wife's recent visit for her annual scan, she inquired about some varicose veins and was told she would need to schedule another appointment to discuss them. We did so, only to be shocked upon arrival when asked to pay $150 for a simple consultation. While we fully expect to pay for services rendered, $150 for answering a few questions is excessive and feels unjust, especially given our long-standing relationship and the referrals we have provided over the years. This experience has left us deeply disappointed and disillusioned, reinforcing the unfortunate reality of growing greed in the healthcare industry. As a result, we have decided to seek care elsewhere. It is disheartening to see that this facility values short-term profit over long-term patient relationships, but if they are willing to lose loyal patients so easily, then so be it. We will be taking our business—and our recommendations—elsewhere."

"Be careful. Review your bills. They do upcoding like recategorizing treatments to get higher payments. Very sketching and unethical. I don't think they follow proper sterile techniques and I don't think they are following proper protocols when disposing biohazard items."
