"SCAM!! THE WORST DERMATOMY OFFICE EVER. DO NOT RECOMEND!!! I had a visit with Anna, PA in January 2024 for a rash that she could not figure out a diagnosis. The visit was less than 15 minutes. She barely examined my skin and said it was probably some allergic reactions. Sent me home with a steroid prescription. She then billed me for the highest level of care. I work in medical field myself so I know very well you don't charge patients for level 4 unless biopsy or intervention was performed. I tried to call the office multiple times and asked for clinic notes or documents that justified the amount of money they charged me. Instead of providing the requested documents, they threatened to send my bills to collections. I have no problems paying but this seriously is a medical fraud!!"
"I told the "doctor" that I had lots of sun damage on my face and chest from a decade of working outside. I asked that she look at my chest and neck for damage. She refused. She said I would have to make another appointment. She said she wanted to freeze 2 spots on my face, but they are out of gas and I will have to come back. I paid the $30 co-pay. Insurance covered the remaining balance of over $200. I return the next day to have the spots frozen and then I get a bill for $40. I just got a call from a girl claiming that they are sending the bill to collections after 2 years. They owe me money for wasting my time. Never again. Thieves."
"Very unprofessional and lots of miscommunication in this office. The PA showed up 45 minutes late to my TeleHealth appointment. Once she joined, it was a PA I have never seen before and she had no clue what the appointment was for. She looked completely frantic and was questioning what the appointment was needed for. This appointment was a 3rd follow up visit to discuss lab results and receive a referral to a specialist. She had no clue about any of my history and did not have a referral. The appointment last 6 minutes and I received 0 information from them. This was a complete waste of a copay and time. They also do not update their online portal with any lab results and request you schedule appointments to go over your results."
"When you make an appointment with a dermatologist, you expect that they actually look at your issue. They didn't look at anything on me, they just wrote me a prescription based on what I told them while sitting across the room from me. In this appointment they were prescribing me a medicine I've been taking for years and wanted me to do blood work, which I understand. They told me they were going to make me a follow up appointment for a couple of weeks later. I show up for my follow up appointment expecting to get blood work done. They didn't tell me that they needed to make me an appointment for a labcorp or quest to do my blood work nor did they make the appointment. Meanwhile they are refusing to fill my prescription. I show up for the follow up where they want me to pay again for an appointment that I couldn't actually have because there was no bloodwork. I go to get the blood work the next week, they never called me to tell me that they received the blood work, I had to call them. I call an make my appointment for the follow up, when I show up for the follow up appointment, they tell me that my appointment was made for a different. This place does not communicate. Would not recommend and after I have my follow up to get my prescription continued, I will be finding a different dermatologist."
"I visited this practice after moving to Atlanta and needed to get new prescriptions. They requested blood work before one of them could be sent, but they sent no reminders. The bloodwork took a long time to process. They couldn’t even contact my insurance for the required Prior Authorization needed. I had to call them for a week straight before I got a response and I had to hand them the PA form m from my insurance myself. Even then, they didn’t send the form out due to some issue. Now I am a week past due on my medication and by my guess it will be another three weeks before I get it."
