"Pros- Set up an appointment for my elderly mother . She is extremely picky .After her visit with the Dr she called and was behind nd satisfied with her visit . She said the Dr so am amazing job , she was very comfortable and relieved tips on foot care . She definitely doesn't want to see any one else moving forward . The person I communicated with setting this up was great with assisting me and was extremely courteous. The cons having to leave a message and wait for a call back but they actually call back lol . I wish new patient paperwork was available on line . 5 stars . Thank you ."

"****NEW PATIENT**** I had an appointment scheduled for today, 9/4/2020 at 1:15 p.m. I contacted the office on yesterday, 9/3/2020, to confirm my appointment for today at 1:15 p.m. I then called back to explain to the representative that it is a possible chance that I may be late depending on when I am release for my lunch break. The representative said okay and to call back on 9/3/2020 to make the company aware. The representative called back to explained to me that since I am a new patient, paperwork has to be filled out, as well as approval for insurance that the window for the appointment is at least TWO hours. I said okay, I will be able to be there, and that I will talk to my job about it. 9/4/2020, I called at 1:19 p.m. to let them know that I am still awaiting my transportation and can I still come. The representative said yes and to call once my ride arrives. I called back at 1:21 p.m. and let her know my transportation arrived and my GPS said I should arrive to my destination at 1:36 p.m. and is it still okay to come- she said yes. My transportation and I was pulling up at the office at 1:34 p.m. and I received a phone call from the office at 1:34 p.m. and was told by the representative that they were closing. I told the representative that I am outside the office. She then say that the Nurse said that they are closing and I WAS SO confused as to how they were closing or closed when I was told I COULD COME and that I NEEDED to have atleast of TWO HOURS of open time since I am NEW. THE NURSE out of nowhere, Grabs the phone, and says, bluntly as if she was aggravated, WHAT CAN I HELP WITH// WE ARE CLOSED. I explained to her the information above and she goes to say how it’s TOO LATE, you were the last patient, and you have at least TWENTY MINUTES after your appointment time to be here. I tried explaining to her over again, I am literally outside /// security guard is right here// it hasn’t been twenty minutes yet// and I was told my appointment would be at least two hours since I am a new patient. She just kept going on about they’re closed, and she started saying how she was right there next to the representative on yesterday when she said at least two hours because of paperwork, insurance approval and so on// SO I was confused on what was the problem. I told her (the nurse), how I was SELF PAY and my paperwork I had already completed it. She then says how it’s been twenty minutes and I said BECAUSE I’VE BEEN ON THE PHONE GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH YOU //TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO YOU BECAUSE YOU’RE NOT LISTENTING.She then says how it was 1:47 p.m. or something when I told her that’s not TRUE. I was literally called at 1:34 p.m. and we have been on the phone for TWO minutes now going back and forth. I then explained how I am Self Pay and I would take my SERVICE elsewhere and just ended the call. ***I feel like my experience with THE NURSE if not the whole thing was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I understand it’s the weekend and a THREE WEEKEND AT THAT…But I could've been taken care of me. All I needed was to be seen. I was the last patient to be seen, my paperwork was completed (not half done but completed) and there was no wait time for insurance because MY card was ready to be SWIPED. I have been dealing with feet pain for about two months now and I just wanted it done. I literally was hurt by this service and I would never recommend this Place to anyone. Sometimes people wonder why African American- owned Business isn’t supported by our very own and this is a Prime Example why. I understand I was late for my original appointment (1:15 p.m.) which I apologized to the representative about. BUT throughout this whole process I was respectable enough to communicate with the representative, the day before (9/3/2020) and today about my delay WHICH you most customers wouldn’t even do that. But, this company, Not COULDN’T, BUT WOULDN’T help me. The company just showed that it’s not for me. Thanks for this experience. ***Photos attached showings calls been made and the one for today at 1:34 p.m. is the call received from them."
