Staff was welcoming , warming yet professional. Dr. Shaheen was also very friendly , professional and answered all my questions in a way I would be able to understand the cause, problem and treatment. 10/10 highly recommend"

"PLEASE READ BEFORE SELECTING THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR PODIATRY NEEDS. Let me start by saying that this is not a jab at Dr. Curry or the ladies at the Lithonia office because they are truly wonderful. HOWEVER, my issue is with this company as a whole. On 5/24 I underwent a double hammer toe procedure. I paid well over $1200 when I was only supposed to be responsible for $96. Once I found out that I overpaid for the procedure, I called the billing department. They informed me that I will receive a refund once the claim is processed. That was last month. NOW they are telling me MY REFUND is being used as a credit (which I was not told prior or consented to) and has been used for X-rays and the following appointments after the procedure. I have never ever ever heard of this before. When I spoke with the manager she told me that I was misinformed and that I will receive a refund once I complete treatment and there is nothing she can do. The cost of living is too high to be holding people’s hard earned money hostage. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated because these seems illegal and unethical. They could have at least given me the option to use it as a credit but they made it for me. Now I have to explore other avenues to get MY money back when I was told it would be refunded. So please save yourself the headache and consider other options."

"I had an ingrown toe nail on my left foot that was coming off. I had used this company before when I twisted my ankle. I received excellent service before and this was the same. They evaluated the problem and recommended a treatment program. I have had the treatment and the follow-up exam and I now back to being independent and I am able to walk with out a cane or walker. I highly recommend this organization for their professional service."
