"The office manager, April, is extremely unprofessional and rude. It’s not worth going here to have to deal with how disorganized the office is. They messed up a bunch of things and refused to assure me that I wouldn’t have to pay for their mistakes. I’m not certain but there could actually be medical malpractice going on here, at least in the billing department. They wouldn’t put their mistakes in writing for my insurance and never once even apologized. The whole ordeal lasted many months for me and it became my problem to figure out. It was like I was in a dystopia, truly baffling. I’ve never dealt with anyone like April. One day I left the office crying because she was so rude and unhelpful, basically saying I would have to pay for all these things that I didn’t sign up for. The office staff weren’t any help, they all just tried to avoid me like April did and mostly pretended I wasn’t there. Every time I called to try to figure out what happened, I couldn’t get answers for months. Clearly they were trying to avoid admitting their disorganization caused a problem. What’s worse though is if I weren’t persistent in figuring out the issue, I would’ve been making decisions about my healthcare based on incorrect information. They couldn’t have cared less. They really don’t know what’s going on, it’s such a pity because this is supposed to be a Catholic practice."

"Dr. Behan has been my OBGYN for over 13 years. I see him for annual exams and have been under his care for 4 of my 5 pregnancies. Dr. Behan is patient, friendly, attentive, and never rushes through an appointment. He is excellent in the labor & delivery room! He has a great bedside manner, keeps everyone smiling, is patient and encouraging, and he has a very calming presence. He genuinely cares about his patients and their babies. His office staff and sonographer are all friendly and helpful too, and the office is always clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back for OB care again if there is a baby #6!"

"Dr. Behan has been my doctor since for 6 years, I really love him and his team (his wife is the office manager and she is so kind too!). Dr B worked diligently with me for my pregnancy every week until I delivered. I had Multiple risks and he did a really good job monitoring them. He cares for both mother and child. The nurses are all very personable, Jenny, Ana & Kayla are some of the best nurses I’ve ever had! Can’t recommend him and the Arbor Vitae Clinic enough. I also really love Dr Womack, she was my secondary/on call doctor. She is super knowledgeable, friendly, kind and listened to all my concerns both in pregnancy and post partum as well!"

"The lack of professionalism from the office is too much! Dr. Behan is a good doctor, but never addressed the issues at hand due to the lack of notes from the staff. The communication between the office and patient was too little. My wife would constantly have to call for updates. Dr. Behan also has his wife working there which is a huge mistake! When my wife was 38 weeks pregnant April, Dr Behans wife, kicked my wife out of the office with no remorse. They kicked my wife out due to insurance reasons, which had already gotten resolved by the billing lady. April did not even try to help my wife find another doctor she just closed the door and moved on about her day. My wife was in shock and stressed out and with no help. When they finally took my wife back, she had a rough delivery. Life and death situation. Doctor Behan assured my wife that she could come back to him since he knew how her condition was and how to treat it. 8 months later we find out we are pregnant, my wife call the office and gets denied by April. April states that Behan does not want to be her doctor and that they just won’t accept her as a patient. She acted in the most unprofessional manner and with no remorse. They claim to be Catholic and practicing, but April throws all of that out of the window there is no empathy towards my wife and I’m sure other patients."

"My family is so so grateful for Dr. Behan. He has delivered three of my children and I couldn’t be happier. I have received excellent care from my first prenatal appointment to my delivery 7 weeks ago. I never feel rushed during the appointments and felt completely in control during delivery. Dr. Behan is kind, a great listener, and is always happy. Even the delivery nurses rave about him. It is a huge comfort to both my husband and I to be under his care. We highly recommend Dr.Behan!"
