"The service here is fantastic. I highly recommend them to anyone with hearing issues. That said, I have had huge issues with my hearing aids, but the staff here has tried to help me. We've even sent them in multiple times for service/replacement. I have a brain tumor that took my hearing completely in my left ear and significantly in my right ear. So, I only wear my right one when I wear them. What I HATE! Constant interference means I cannot use them at all inside my house and many other buildings. I'm told it is probably because of other electronics, but I don't know. It constantly plays a medley in my ear (due to interference), which makes them impossible to use. They only charge about half the time. I constantly have to check and make sure they are charging. If not, I have wiggle them and/or take them out of the charger and put them back in. Cross my fingers and pray that they start charging. Then pray that they keep charging and don't stop. Now my charger is making a high pitched noise when they are charging. I can't hear it, but everyone else in the house can hear it and it drives them nuts. They have been serviced several times over the past year that I've had them. They come back, but the same issues start all over again."
