"I can honestly say that these people are definitely a cut above most others. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist, Marie, was smiling, friendly, and didn't behave as if I'd interrupted her work. She answered my questions, offered fresh coffee or cold, bottled water, while I waited for Dr. Knighten. Even though I was a few minutes early, Dr. Knighten came to the very nicely appointed waiting area, introduced herself and shook my hand. She was as friendly and down to earth as any doctor I've ever seen, which put me at ease immediately. Once in her office, she discussed my hearing assessment and the printout that accompanied it. She explained everything to me in plain English, making it easy to understand the physical damage I've incurred over the years, and she asked very relevant questions about my background, employment, hobbies and so on. Conversation was an easy matter with her, and she made certain that I understood my condition, and my options. She then provided me with a selection of devices, describing each one thoroughly, and answered my questions regarding each one. We agreed on a particular device, she made a note to place the order for them, and then walked with me back to Marie's area to ensure we all were on the same page regarding the timing of the next appointment for fitting and adjusting the hearing aids, and then showed me out. I had expected to be pressured to spend a great deal of money, but that wasn't the case at all. In fact, the devices that we agreed on were less expensive than I imagined, and they will meet my needs perfectly. These are great people who are professional without being aloof, and they sincerely care about their clients getting the best value that actually meets their needs. I would recommend this business to anyone seeking help to correct hearing deficiency. Good people work for good companies, but great people work for the benefit of their customers. These are great people!"
