"The constant robo calls from Weight Wise are incredibly annoying and frustrating. It is evident that the practice's need to continually call former clients like myself, who have not been there in years, is unnecessary and unwelcome. There is a reason why I chose to leave Weight Wise and find a new healthcare provider, and these incessant calls only reinforce my decision. When my previous physician assistant, Carley McLaughlin, left the practice, I followed her to continue receiving the excellent care and service I had come to expect. It is disappointing that Weight Wise has failed to update their system or properly manage their contact lists. This lack of consideration for former patients is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the practice. The persistent robo calls not only disrupt my daily routine but also serve as a constant reminder of why I made the switch in the first place. Weight Wise, please take this feedback seriously and cease contacting individuals who no longer wish to be associated with your practice. It's time to respect the privacy and preferences of former patients."
