"I went in on November 7,2023 for a Ultrasound and Biopsy to my right breast. I was asked by Angel the Ultrasound technician to sign a consent for having the Ultrasound and Biopsy procedure and that it included them leaving clips in my breast. I told Angel that I agree to Ultrasound and Biopsy but wasn't told anything about leaving clips in my breast and that I didn't want clips left in my breast. Well she told me that every Biopsy performed at Fairview requires leaving clips in my breastand that if I didn't sign the consent I wasn't getting anything done. I felt bullied by Angel and signed the consent because I was concerned about the tiny cis I have. But then said no I don't consent so she then stated well your not getting anything done. I asked to speak to the radiologist who was supposed to perform the procedure and she told me in a very rude way go wait in the room and I'll get him . Then Mr. Nickulson (radiologist)came in with a attitude and very defensive off what she told him and stated he puts clips in Almost all patients when doing a Biopsy and I told him I didn't want the clips left in me . He gave me a oh well look not to mention he came in defensive and started discussing my matter to another young lady that was in the room not even clarifying who he was talking to. This place is unprofessional across the board and Racist in my opinion. I've been in this world for 50yrs and trust me I know what Racism/Prejudice looks like and is and she demonstrated every bit of it my opinion. I would never go back there nor would I Ever Recommend Anyone...Warning if you don't agree to what they want to do they won't do anything when the health department law clearly states a patient has the right to Refuse clips being left inside their breast. Angel is not a nice person in my opinion and experience and needs to be fired for abusing her authority in making decisions on procedures for patients when her position is only a Ultrasound Technician!!!!!!!!!"

"First impressions counts on everything...and my first impression here wasn't a good one. Receptionist treat patients in a very cold way...like they are a number and NEXT! No Hi, how are u, or any kind of compassion... She definitely would not work for me with that attitude and way of welcome and receiving patients."
