"I cannot say ENOUGH about how lovely my experience has been with Conceive Fertility Center. Everyone at the Frisco office has been nothing but kind and supportive throughout some really tough times in the fertility journey. From the front desk, to even small interactions via Portal messages, they make this very intimidating process a little more comforting. For example, I've have had to come in for ultrasounds quite a bit, and Gina, the sonographer, always comes in with a huge smile, a great energy, and is so comforting during the whole process. She keeps me informed and at ease. I honestly feel so warm and fuzzy after even these short interactions-- something I never thought I would say in direct connection to ultrasounds, but she works her magic! There are so many examples like Gina with the whole staff, and it's more than I could have asked for in our family building journey. Dr. Jones is so fantastic, and I genuinely look forward to our appointments. She is not only such a fountain of knowledge, she's also has this incredible ability to lay out the information in such digestible ways. And not to mention, SHE IS FUNNY. And so so warm. I also believe that great people attract (and retain) great people. I've worked with Rivka for the majority of my time as a patient, and she also has been been such an amazing resource. She always leads with kindness, and is not only a great support for her patients, but really seems supportive with her teammates too. Its so encouraging to see everyone lifting each other up, and I truly believe I see it at Conceive Fertility Center. I seriously RAVE about my experiences here with my girlfriends.
