"These restaurants are out of their minds with these prices lately. I have to say, the food here was good, the service was fine, not particularly friendly but not bad. But it cost me $23 for a tiny smoothie and a bowl that was honestly really skimpy on the protein and I wouldn't exactly describe it as top tier chicken. It's that sort of chicken that you can tell is chopped and formed. The veggies and everything was really fresh and everything, but I just have a hard time paying $23 for something made up of about $2 worth of ingredients. Maybe the skyway rent is too high, maybe other overhead costs are too high, I don't know, but the 500% markup is a little hard to swallow."
"The Tex Mex bowl is flavorless. It's like someone dumped a can of corn, some rice, dry chicken, beans, and flavorless pico salsa together in a bowl. There's zero seasoning or flavor- save your $$."
"Went in because they advertised an $8 buffalo chicken bowl as the special, was charged $13. I was in a hurry (and totally distracted by the virtual cashier) so I just paid and went on my way. Barely any chicken in the bowl for that price, and both the chicken and the rice are room temp. The layout also felt kind of a mess. Can't say I'm itching to go back"
"Really like the food here. And I'm sure the people who work here are great, but I'm not sure I'll ever eat here again. I ordered a Buddha's Satay, but got a side order of Dystopian Nightmare. This location has off-shored their cashiers and ordering here is simply awkward. Instead of a human interaction, you order over a video call with someone clearly hundreds, if not thousands, of miles away. It leaves you with a sense that the company cares about saving every last penny they can. It leaves you feeling that nothing -- especially the food -- is made with quality anymore."
"As I stood waiting for my lunch I watched them make salads and I can't tell you how distressing I find it that they use an individual, disposable PLASTIC BAG to mix and dress every salad. And this place is BUSY. I just cannot get on board with that, there has to be a better way. I will not be returning until they find that better way. I got the Buddha Satay w/chicken (a noodle bowl) and the spicy lemongrass soup. The noodle bowl is really good, a little dry. Sauce is flavorful but needs a little loosening up. The soup is spicy but doesn't taste like anything underneath the spice."
