It is my go to for shoes and bags! NEVER a problem with product or the wonderful women who work there. When in Santa Fe it’s a must to stop in and take a look. "Well let me start by saying about this place With the worst customer service and although the shoes looked fine. A bit expensive since they claimed that they are European shoes. I was willing to pay the price, but bought them 2 hours ago and they are extremely uncomfortable and I walked with them for almost 1 hour and then The manager told me that I cannot return them. So first extremely uncomfortable for waking and second they faded away making my soles looked so blacked and on top of that work moderate pain Anyways the manager didn’t help me at all and I told her that I just bought them 2 hours ago. The same day and she replied that they were already worn out and they cannot take them back. So I said almost in every store you can return items and she said that since they are a small business They cannot do that and the owners won’t allow that. I asked to be connected with them because I won’t be able to wear them at all. The look nice but the quality is not good at all. They advised me to dispute the transaction with my credit card company and that is what I will do it today. I give them zero stars to them First very unprofessional and I even had the receipt and this a same day purchase. Please stay away from this store. The shoes superficially looked good but not the quality as you expect when you pay such as high price and bad staff overall. They don’t work with you at all !!!"
