"The owners or managers were hard to understand. However, they appear to run a tight ship. Service was quick, easy, and outstanding. I brought my daughter. The pricing is comparably cheaper, but the quality does not suffer. Overall, I had an enjoyable experience, and pricing was acceptable. Please note, it's better to tell them what you want and negotiate a more reasonable price."

"My daughter and I went on Friday to get our toes and nails done for our upcoming cruise on Sunday. Our appointment was for 11:30, we did not get started until 12:30. The lady was not paying attention because she was talking to the person next to her which made my pedicure so rough. Because she was jot paying attention, she rubbed my ankle raw with the pumice stone and made me bleed. The man doing my nails was rude and aggressive during my mani making it hurt so bad that I just wanted it over with. We didn't get the hand massages that were included in the price. My daughter's mani hurt just as bad as mine. It cost us 180.00 for a miserable experience. We will never go back."

"I went to Elite today for the first time and had an awful experience. First, I was given a trainee for my pedicure, which was fine except I didn’t know and couldn’t understand why Talia was watching until she began correcting her. So my pedicure took an hour and a half. Then Vin did my manicure. The nails looked great but there was no cuticle oil or lotion applied and when I asked another lady for some because Vin walked away, she told me no! No arm massage or hand massage! $85! I will never go back."

"First time here, I struggle really bad with picking at my cuticles and biting my nails so they looked absolutely awful and I’m sure were a pain to try to work with. I apologized profusely when I sat down (embarrassed because I’ve been places where they have remarks about it), and Vinny - who’s THE BEST ever - said “No judgement here, most people have something they deal with, and I can fix it for you” when I say I almost cried, I literally almost burst into tears. You need nails? Elite Nails is where it’s at. Make an appointment, ask for Vinny, and tip him real good. He’s worth it."
