"I very rarely feel compelled to leave a negative review on anything, with that said I would highly recommend that anyone considering using this law firm reconsider. I reached out to Mr. Terenzio after the passing of my spouse to get legal help to see what my options are for keeping embryos that we had before her sudden passing. Mr. Terenzio asked for a few days to take a look at the issue before he would get back to me. I followed up after a week of waiting, in which I was told that since my case was in another state he needed feedback from a different attorney in that state. I have tried to get in contact with him several times then both via email and calling his offices to leave a message. I have not gotten a response in over 4 weeks. I can't speak to other experiences but what I can say about from mine is that this law firm does not care about the sensitivity of your issue, your feelings, or your time. I hope that this lost of time has not been detrimental to my issue as I find myself other counsel that will at the very least respond. Again I would ask anyone that is seeking legal help to reconsider their options. I will admit that Mr. Terenzio was never retained via contract, but if he can't be bothered with a potential client then I highly doubt that your money is going to good efficient use once you become a client."
