"Went in to take a look at some dresses today at 5PM. As soon as we walked in, the little girl behind the counter approached me to tell me that the dressing room closes in 20 minutes. There were about 15 other people in the store and the store didn’t close for another 2 hours. Bizarre. Rapidly picked a couple dresses to try on. Went to the dressing room, and she follows me in to tell me the dressing room closes in 10 minutes. I get it girl.. why do you think I’m in here. She proceeded to STAND OUTSIDE MY DRESSING ROOM. I gave up. I didn’t even try on the 2nd dress. I will never go back and I will never buy a dress from there. Should have read the review first. Garbage."

"Bought a dress for my daughter and made sure they took the security tag off because apparently it's an issue judging by reviews. Drove home and found out there was another one. Drove back (my house is in 30 minutes away) and I explained the worker that it's frustrating to drive back and forth just to take the tag off. She said "alright" took the tag off and handed the dress. I said "can I get an apology at least?" And she goes "I didn't check you out!" So... do not recommend shopping on this store!!"

"While the store has a great variety in dresses for each occasion, the customer service and their return policy leaves a lot to be desired. We bought a dress that had several details (factory defects) and we didn’t care much because it was for a single event, however, we requested a discount due to this and the saleswoman just said “no, I will fix it” by pulling and cutting the string as if that were to prevent the dress from unraveling. Employees and manager need classes of customer service, as well as America’s s policies on sale of goods. I felt like buying goods in a store from the third world."
