"We wanted to get the buy one get one half off deal they advertise….with no luck. None of the shoes we wanted “qualified” for the deal. We brought several different pairs up to the counter and finally just ended up walking out with no shoes. Very disappointed. Will not be back."
"A great experience. Went July 28th around 7pm. I have bad social anxiety and so does my partner. We thought it would be a bad experience but we weren't pressured by any sales and went in and out of the store without any pressure. Connor helped us out at the desk and we had the best customer service with him. This was a relieving experience socially, to say the least. We felt very comfortable and welcome. "They have a wide variety of shoes. The service was wonderful! A screaming match broke out at a cash register between a customer and the cash register person. Things got quite heated and a lot of interesting statements were made. The manager came out and resolved the whole issue, he was awesome. The lady that helped us was new to Valdosta she originally hails from Miami. She was great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs shoes."

"So clean and well organized! The staff are very polite and friendly, even when you come in towards closing time. I wish they would stock more women's business shoes but not many shoe stores have a large selection of business pumps. Their selection of sneakers is great and the prices are reasonable, especially when they're running the BOGO 50% off. Also, a great location near Exit 18 on I-75 and the mall."
