"I got 2 piercings here on my birthday with my sister (she loved her piercing and piercer). I was really happy with one, and was a little less happy with my second (no fault of the staff - just personal preference, it was not looking the way I had hoped). I called a day or so later to let them know I wanted to try again and they asked me to come in. The staff was kind and attentive apart from one gentleman who kept trying to convince me it would look differently once it healed. The owner, Patty, stepped in as well. I remembered Patty from another piercing place- funny enough, she had fixed my piercings (from a different person at the shop) that time too! (side note, I had been looking for her and when I called the old shop they would not tell me where she had gone- otherwise I would have continued to go to her!) I was relieved because Patty immediately understood what I was unhappy with and advocated for me, and made me feel seen and heard. She re-pierced me herself and it was painless, clean, quick, and professionally done. I was so happy with the result, I can't stop admiring my piercing in the mirror (it has healed great!). The staff was welcoming and did not seem upset or irritated with me wanting to come back and try again. In fact, each member of the team touched my ear to make sure it would be safe to pierce the area again. I will definitely be coming back and telling others to come get pierced here as well! "We took our daughter here to get #2 and 3 on her lobes. The shop has a fun vibe! I loved how it was decorated and everyone working there was friendly. Trinity did a great job with the piercings, and she was very thorough explaining after care. Our daughter is very happy with the piercings. Super pleased with the whole experience!"

"Went in pretty close to closing time which i already felt bad about, but my piercing was super loose and I needed to get it tweaked/replaced before work. The three people that were there were absolutely amazing!!! They were so nice and got me taken care of quickly and also gave me great pointers for the future on what might be the cause. Will be returning most definitely for future piercing needs and really hope those employees get the credit they deserve from ownership!!"
