"Poor customer service, unfriendly, pretentious staff. I came in to purchase, had to look and ask for someone to help me so I could try on some jewelry. The employee ordered what I wanted online since they did not have it in stock, and come to find out, she ordered the completely wrong item and size. Thankfully they have a great return policy, but I will never return to this store again. The only nice workers there were the security guards. Such a shame. Do better."

"Came here to buy a tie and was very disappointed with the rudeness and lack of professionalism from the staff. I was not greeted, I was not asked if I needed assistance, and when I approached the counter to pay the employees couldn’t be bothered to put their phone down to complete my purchase until I cleared my throat at which time I was finally deemed worthy of their attention. I’ve never seen this level of disrespect from the other Hermès locations and I honestly regret giving this location my business due to the unsatisfactory staff. Love the tie though."

"I recently visited a Hermes store and was left utterly disappointed by the service. Upon entering, I hoped to receive attentive assistance and have a few questions addressed. Instead, I experienced a disheartening lack of customer service as I was continuously passed from one clerk to another, with no one willing to provide the help I needed. It felt as though the staff had prejudged my ability to purchase their products, which influenced their willingness to assist me. This type of behavior is unacceptable in any retail setting, especially in a high-end store like Hermes, where one expects a certain standard of customer care and professionalism. Overall, my experience at the Hermes store was far from the luxury shopping experience one might anticipate. It was deeply frustrating not to receive straightforward answers to my inquiries or the basic courtesy one deserves as a customer. This visit was a reminder that no matter the prestige of a brand, the fundamentals of good service should never be overlooked."

"Beautiful boutique for this high end luxury brand. Easily accessible from parking garage or valet on street. Store has a security guard at the entrance to limit number of people in the store at any one time. I’m sure this is annoying if you have to wait but it does create an ambiance in the store of a relaxed, uncluttered shopping experience. Other reviews have mixed commentary about the staff. When I went I had interacted with two sales people and both were very professional and courteous. There was supply of the product I was looking for and I was able to walk out with a beautifully wrapped purchase. All in all the experience was what you’d expect from Hermes … very high end."
